Emergency bill

I have been turn down by just about everyone. I have bad credit and i believe what's on my credit report is keeping me from obtaining a loan. I have work for the same company for the past several years, I have two auto loans one of which I just recently purchased two weeks ago. I need help and do not know what else to do I don't have the funds in my account to pay this emergency bill that needs to be paid within the next few days that's why I need a loan.
